ACPR DSIB definition

ACPR DSIB means an “entity” [entité] or the “entities belonging to a group” [entités appartenant à un groupe] that is included in the list of “systemic important institutions” [établissements d’importance systémique] established on a “consolidated basis” [base consolidée] by the “French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority” [Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution] in accordance with paragraph VII of Article L. 511-41-1 A of the “French Monetary and Financial Code” [Code monétaire et financier].

  • Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.
