Acquiror Securities definition

Acquiror Securities has the meaning specified in Section 5.12(a).
Acquiror Securities means the Equity Securities of Acquiror.

Acquiror Securities means Acquiror Ordinary Shares, Acquiror Warrants, Acquiror Rights, Acquiror UPO and Acquiror Units, collectively.
