Examples of Acquiror Warrant in a sentence
The issued and outstanding Acquiror Units, each such unit consisting of one share of Acquiror Class A Common Stock and one-fourth of one Acquiror Warrant, are registered pursuant to Section 12(b) of the Exchange Act and are listed for trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “DTOCU”.
Each Acquiror Warrant outstanding immediately prior to the Merger Effective Time shall be automatically converted into the right to receive one PubCo Public Warrant, and all Acquiror Warrants shall thereupon cease to be outstanding and shall automatically be canceled and retired and shall cease to exist.
