Examples of Acquisition Financing in a sentence
The proceeds from such Acquisition Financing constitute all of the financing required to be provided by Purchaser for the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
As of the date hereof, the Financing Commitments are in full force and effect, have not been withdrawn or terminated or otherwise amended or modified in any respect, and, as of the date hereof, Purchaser has no reason to believe that the Financing Commitments will not lead to the Acquisition Financing contemplated thereby.
