Discrimination or sexual harassment as used herein shall mean discrimination as defined by Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California and United States Constitutions, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Civil Rights Act of 1866, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act and any other laws and regulation relating to employment discrimination.

GRANTEE represents it is, and for the term of this Agreement will be, in compliance with the requirements of the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and Section 39-3-104, MCA (the Colorado Equal Pay Act).

The Parties will ensure that it will not participate either directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by or pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, and the Equal Pay Act of 1963.
