The Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995, as amended (2 U.S.C. §1601 et seq.), prohibits any organization described in Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, from receiving federal funds through an award, grant (and/or subgrant) or loan unless such organization warrants that it does not, and will not engage in lobbying activities prohibited by the Act as a special condition of such an award, grant (and/or subgrant), or loan.
