Acting Chair definition

Acting Chair means the Member who is temporarily appointed to serve in the Chair’s place.
Acting Chair means a member of the Board required to act from time to time in the place and instead of the Chair or Vice Chair;
Acting Chair means a member required to act from time to time in the place and stead of the Chair; pursuant to Section 6 of this By-law;
