Active Compound definition

Active Compound means a soluble chemical compound that can bind non-covalently to the Collaboration Target or a Target for which such compound is counterscreened, in each case where such compound { * }.
Active Compound shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Collaboration Agreement.
Active Compound has the meaning set forth in Appendix 2 hereto.

Active Compound or “API” means Isradipine;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, the Compounds known to Targacept as of the Execution Date as [********] and, [********], including any salt form, polymorph, crystalline form, Prodrug, metabolite (other than any such metabolite that is an Excluded Zone Compound), hydrate, solvate or formulation thereof, shall not be Active+ Compounds.
Active Compound means such pharmaceutically active materials that arise from or out of the Patent Rights and/or such other pharmaceutically active materials as may arise from or out of the Licensed Technology.
