Active Engagement definition

Active Engagement means, in the case where the Participant is a Consultant or a member of an advisory board, the period during which the Consultant or member is rendering services to the Corporation or an Affiliate and for certainty, shall exclude any other period that follows the last day on which the Participant renders services for the Corporation or an Affiliate;
Active Engagement means an operator is the manager of the assigned business operation and the operator or a designee is physically present at a vending facility at least once every thirty (30) days.
Active Engagement means any period in which a Participant who is not an employee of the Company or an affiliate provides services to the Company or an affiliate. For certainty, "Active Engagement" shall exclude any period that follows, or ought to have followed, a Participant's last day of providing services to the Company or an affiliate, including at common law;
