Active Engagement definition

Active Engagement means, in the case where the Participant is a Consultant, or a member of an advisory board, the period during which the Consultant or member is rendering services to the Corporation or an Affiliate and for certainty, shall exclude any other period that follows the last day on which the Participant renders services for the Corporation or an Affiliate;
