Actual Disbursement Amounts definition

Actual Disbursement Amounts means the amount of all disbursements actually paid by the Loan Parties (other than the MBS Entities) during the relevant period of determination, as determined in a manner consistent with the line items contained in the Approved Budget under the heading “Total Operating Disbursements” (or words of similar import).

Actual Disbursement Amounts means the amount of all disbursements actually paid by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries during the relevant period of determination, as determined in a manner consistent with the Approved Budget.

More Definitions of Actual Disbursement Amounts

Actual Disbursement Amounts means the sum of all cash disbursements made by the Borrower during the relevant period of determination as set forth across from the line-item in the Loan Budget titled “Total Cash Disbursements”, as determined in a manner consistent with the Loan Budget.

Actual Disbursement Amounts means the actual disbursements, excluding (a) Actual Restructuring Related Amounts and (b) Actual Receivables Facility Amounts, made by the Debtors on a line-by-line and aggregate basis during the applicable Variance Testing Period.
