Actual Exercise Date means the Exercise Date (in the case of European Style Warrants) or, subject to Condition 6(A)(ii), the date during the Exercise Period on which the Warrant is actually or is deemed exercised (in the case of American Style Warrants (as more fully set out in Condition 4(A)(i)));
Actual Exercise Date means, in respect of Exercisable Certificates and Warrants, the Exercise Date (in the case of European Style W&C Securities), or, subject to Condition 22.09 (B), the date during the Exercise Period on which the Exercisable Certificate or Warrant is actually or is deemed exercised (in the case of American Style W&C Securities) (as more fully set out in Condition 21.01) or the date on which the Exercisable Certificate or Warrant is actually or is deemed exercised (in the case of Open-Ended W&C Securities).
Actual Exercise Date means the Exercise Date (in the case of European Style Products) or, in the case of American Style Products as more fully set out in Condition 4(A)(i) below, the date during the Exercise Period on which the Product is actually or deemed exercised (in accordance with Condition 6(A)(ii) below);

The Valuation Date shall be the Actual Exercise Date of the relevant Warrant,subject to adjustments in accordance with Condition 18.

More Definitions of Actual Exercise Date
Actual Exercise Date means subject to Condition 4.5, the date on which a valid Exercise Notice is received or deemed under Condition 5 to be received;
Actual Exercise Date for a Warrant shall mean (i) the Business Day on which the Warrant Agent receives the Warrant and Exercise Notice in proper form with respect to such Warrant, if received at or prior to 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on such day, or (ii) if the Warrant Agent receives such Warrant and Exercise Notice after 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on a Business Day, then the Business Day next succeeding such Business Day. The term “Affiliate,” with respect to any specified Person shall mean any other Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
