Actual Shipments definition

Actual Shipments means volumes of Crude Petroleum that originate on the Pipeline at the Receipt Point and that are ultimately delivered at a Delivery Point. All volumes shall be measured at the Receipt Point.
Actual Shipments means the Barrels of Product that a Shipper delivered to Carrier at an Origin Point for transportation on Carrier’s System during a particular month. For any month during the Base Period that a Shipper does not ship on Carrier’s System, the Shipper’s Actual Shipments for that month will be considered zero.

Examples of Actual Shipments in a sentence

  • For an Uncommitted Shipper to receive Regular Shipper status for purposes of prorationing, the Uncommitted Shipper must have Actual Shipments of Crude Petroleum in at least eighteen (18) of the eighteen (18) months of the Base Period (except during transition periods as described in Rule 31(h)).

  • Subject to Sections 2(d) and 2(j), the Refining Entity shall pay the Logistics Entity an amount equal to the Base Throughput Fee multiplied by the Actual Shipments on the Pipelines.

  • Subject to Sections 4.3 and 4.4, the Company shall pay the Partnership an amount equal to the Products Throughput Fee multiplied by the Actual Shipments on the Product Pipelines.

  • If, for any Contract Quarter, Actual Shipments are less than the Minimum Throughput Commitment, then the Refining Entity shall pay the Logistics Entity an amount (a “Shortfall Payment”) equal to the difference between (i) the Minimum Throughput Commitment multiplied by the Base Throughput Fee and (ii) the aggregate Throughput Fees for such Contract Quarter payable under Section 2(b)(i) and Section 2(b)(ii).

Actual Shipments means volume of Product that is ultimately delivered to the Destination(s) for the account of Shipper.
