At the expiration of such thirty (30) day period, if the Grantor has complied with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Purchaser may no longer delay the Actual Start Date 16 16 of such individual Curcuit and Purchase Price Payments with respect to such Circuit shall commence accruing.

The Initial 12 month Term of this Agreement will commence on the Actual Start Date which is defined as the Contract Start Date or the date of when the products go “live” meaning they are accessible to the public.
From the Actual Start Date the Supplier shall provide the updates, versions or releases of the Application specified in the Agreement, with the changes that follow from clause 7.2.
