Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example
Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;
Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.
Actual/360 means that interest is calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year of 360 days.
Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.
Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.
Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.
Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement.
Actual weight means the actual unladen weight of a vehicle or combination of
Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity
Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.
Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.
Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
Lease Commencement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.
Annual Statement means that statement required by Iowa Code section 508.11 to be filed annually by the company with the office of the commissioner.
Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
Date of Commercial Operation or “COD” means
Term Start Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.
Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered service. Depending on the plan type, cost-share may include one or more of the following: deductible, copay, access fee, coinsurance, pharmacy deductible, and precertification charges.
