Addendum or Addenda definition

Addendum or Addenda means, individually and collectively, the appendices A to I hereto and such other additional appendices as may be added to this Plan at the discretion of the Committee. Each appendix will govern the operation of the Plan in respect of the Designated Subsidiaries in the countries named in the appendix and will be considered part of the Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the applicable appendix for the country will govern the operation of the Plan in that country and to that extent the appendix will override other parts of this Plan.
Addendum or Addenda means any change(s) to this bid document in writing by the SAMRC pursuant to this Bid;
