Addendum or Addenda definition

Addendum or Addenda means an addition or deletion to, a material change in, or general interest explanation of a Solicitation Document. Addenda shall be labeled as such and distributed to all interested persons in accordance with these rules.
Addendum or Addenda means, individually and collectively, the appendices A to I hereto and such other additional appendices as may be added to this Plan at the discretion of the Committee. Each appendix will govern the operation of the Plan in respect of the Designated Subsidiaries in the countries named in the appendix and will be considered part of the Plan.
