Additional Agent definition

Additional Agent means any one or more agents, trustees or other representatives for or of any one or more Additional Credit Facility Creditors, and shall include any successor thereto, as well as any Person designated as an “Agent” under any Additional Credit Facility.

• No Additional Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities, except those expressly set forth herein or in any other Transaction Document, or any fiduciary relationship with such related Additional Purchaser, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities on the part of such Additional Agent shall be read into this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or otherwise exist for such Additional Agent.
