Additional Capacity definition

Additional Capacity means, in relation to the Network, the capability of the Network to carry additional task by an enhancement or improvement of the infrastructure forming part of the Network or Associated Facilities;
Additional Capacity means any applicable Capacity Surrender Available Amounts, Withdrawable Capacity and/or Oversubscription Capacity;
Additional Capacity means capacity of entry or exit point made available in the event of congestion management, or in the event of submission of nominations capacity in excess of the network user's booked capacity.

  • This is the process by which new Projects to provide Additional Capacity are identified and ARTC is obliged to prepare a Concept Assessment Report for endorsement to the RCG.

More Definitions of Additional Capacity

Additional Capacity means port-loading capacity that becomes available after any auction for shipping prior to the following auction date;
Additional Capacity means (a) any portion of the initial capacity of the Carrier Facilities that remains uncommitted after the initial open season that commenced in September 2014 and was reissued in December 2015, and (b) up to ninety percent (90%) of the capacity created by any expansion of the Carrier Facilities, which in the case of both (a) and (b), Carrier may market and make available for commitment such Additional Capacity in subsequent open season(s), provided that the Historical Shipment Status of Anchor Shippers and Firm Shippers in effect at the time of any such subsequent open season would not be affected by any commitments Carrier receives during such subsequent open season.
Additional Capacity means, as regards the entry into Transmission Agreements or the granting of
Additional Capacity. Capacity that corresponds to the volumes in excess of the Sender’s Contracted Capacity.
Additional Capacity means, as regards the entry into Transmission Agreements or the granting of Transmission Service Entitlements relative to the transmission of electric power from the Highline substation, an amount, expressed in megawatts, equal to the lesser of (i) an amount calculated as provided in the preceding sentence or (ii) three hundred (300) megawatts less the sum of IID's Reserved Capacity and the Transmission Service Entitlements of the Participants and their Associated Producers with regard to Qualifying Facilities connected to the Highline substation.
