Additional Clauses definition

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses specified in paragraph 2.1 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other additional Clauses set out in the Call Off Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract;

More Definitions of Additional Clauses

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses in Contract Schedule 12 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other additional Clauses set out in the Contract Order Form or elsewhere in this Contract ;

Additional Clauses means the MoD Additional Clauses and any other additional Clauses stipulated by the Customer in a Further Competition Procedure including in paragraph 11 of Call Off Schedule 9 (XXX & SMI);

Additional Clauses means the additional clauses specified in Schedule 11 that have been specified for this Contract to supplement the basic Call-Off Terms;

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses in Call Off Schedule 14

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses in Call Off Schedule 15 (Alternative and/or Additional Clauses) and any other additional Clauses stipulated by the Customer during a Further Competition Procedure and set out in the Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract;

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses in Call Off Schedule 9 (Alternative and Additional Clauses) and any other additional Clauses stipulated by the Customer in a Further Competition Procedure;

Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses specified in Schedule 13 of the Framework Agreement that were requested in the Order by the CLIENT and that shall apply to this Contract.
