Additional Consideration Shares definition

Additional Consideration Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).
Additional Consideration Shares means those shares of Common Stock issued to each of the Shareholders pursuant to Section 2.6 of the Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Additional Consideration Shares

Additional Consideration Shares means the number of OA Shares, if any, issued to the AA Successor Shareholders in terms of clause 17;
