Additional Documents has the meaning specified therefor in Section 5.12 of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Additional Documents

Additional Documents means, with respect to any Indebtedness designated as Additional Indebtedness hereunder, any Additional Credit Facilities, any Additional Guarantees, any Additional Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreements between any Loan Party and any Additional Bank Products Affiliate, any Hedging Agreements between any Loan Party and any Additional Hedging Affiliate, those other ancillary agreements as to which any Additional Credit Facility Secured Party is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Loan Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to any Additional Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any Additional Credit Facility, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among any of the Additional Credit Facility Secured Parties or among any of the Secured Parties and any Additional Credit Facility Secured Parties, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

Additional Documents means, with respect to any Indebtedness designated as Additional Indebtedness hereunder, any Additional Credit Facilities, any Additional Guarantees, any Additional Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreement between any Credit Party and any Additional Bank Products Provider, any Hedging Agreements between any Credit Party and any Additional Hedging Provider, any Management Guarantee in favor of an Additional Management Credit Provider, those other ancillary agreements as to which any Additional Secured Party is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Additional Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates and delivered to any Additional Agent in connection with any of the foregoing or any Additional Credit Facility, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among any of the Additional Secured Parties or between or among any of the other Secured Parties and any of the Additional Secured Parties, in each case as the same may be amended, restated supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
