Additional Guarantor definition

Additional Guarantor means a company which becomes an Additional Guarantor in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Obligors).
Additional Guarantor means any subsidiary of the Company that executes a Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.
Additional Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.05.

  • The Additional Guarantor hereby represents and warrants that each of the representations and warranties contained in Section 3 of the Guarantee is true and correct on and as the date hereof as to such Additional Guarantor (after giving effect to this Assumption Agreement) as if made on and as of such date.

More Definitions of Additional Guarantor

Additional Guarantor means a member of the Group which becomes a Guarantor after the date of this Agreement.
Additional Guarantor means any Group member which becomes an Additional Guarantor in accordance with clause 23.4 (Additional Guarantor).
