Each Obligor agrees that the manner in which the Lenders may now or subsequently deal with any other Obligor, any Additional Guarantor or any security (or any collateral subject to the security) or other guarantee in respect of the Guaranteed Obligations will have no effect on such Obligor’s continuing liability under this Obligor Guarantee and each Obligor irrevocably waives any rights it may have in respect of any of the above.
If required, a copy of a resolution signed by all the holders of the issued shares of the Additional Guarantor, approving the terms of, and the transactions contemplated by, the Finance Documents to which the Additional Guarantor is a party.
