Additional Mortgaged Property definition

Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.
Additional Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.11(a).

  • If the Lender declines to consent to the addition of the proposed Additional Mortgaged Property to the Collateral Pool, the Lender shall include, in its notice, a brief statement of the reasons for doing so.

  • If the Borrower fails to respond within the period of five Business Days, it shall be conclusively deemed to have elected not to cause the proposed Additional Mortgaged Property to be added to the Collateral Pool.

More Definitions of Additional Mortgaged Property

Additional Mortgaged Property means each Multifamily Residential Property owned by the Borrower (either in fee simple or as tenant under a ground lease meeting all of the requirements of the DUS Guide) and added to the Collateral Pool after the Initial Closing Date pursuant to Article VI.
Additional Mortgaged Property means all real property owned or leased by any Loan Party in which, after the Closing Date, Agent requires a mortgage to secure the Obligations.
Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning specified in Section 6.12(a)(iv).
