Either OMNI or Employee may elect not to renew Employee’s employment hereunder at the end of the Initial Period, or at the end of any Additional Period thereafter, by delivery of sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice.
Under no circumstances shall Employee be entitled to any compensation or confirmation of any benefits under this Agreement for any period of time following Employee's date of termination if Employee's termination is for Cause, or Employee's election to not renew this Agreement at the end of the Initial Period or any Additional Period, or Employee's election to terminate his or her employment without Good Reason.
A notice of non-extension by the Company shall be deemed a Termination without Cause as of the end of the then Initial Employment Period or Additional Period or such earlier date after notice as the Executive shall elect.
