Additional Premises definition

Additional Premises has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals.
Additional Premises means the premises shown for the purpose of identification only edged green on the Plan or any part or parts thereof
Additional Premises means 1,923 rentable square feet of floor area in the Building as depicted on Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.

Examples of Additional Premises in a sentence

  • Landlord agrees to take such actions and enter into and deliver to Tenant such documents as Tenant reasonably requests in order to effect and memorialize the lease of the Additional Premises to Tenant.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that no promise of Landlord to alter, remodel, repair or improve the Additional Premises and no representation, either expressed or implied, respecting any matter or thing relating to the Additional Premises (including the condition of the Additional Premises) has been made by Landlord to Tenant.

  • Wherever the term “Premises” is used in the Lease, it is hereby deemed to include and refer to the Additional Premises.

  • Tenant shall be permitted to include the Fixed Rent with respect to the Additional Premises as part of Fixed Rent under clause (a) (ii) of Schedule 2 of the Original Lease when calculating Percentage Rent pursuant to the Original Lease.

  • During any period that Tenant shall enter the Additional Premises prior to the Additional Premises Commencement Date to perform Work under Exhibit B hereto, or to install telecommunications and computer cabling, equipment and furniture, Tenant shall comply with all terms and provisions of the Lease, except that the Additional Premises Commencement Date shall not occur based on such early possession for such purposes.


More Definitions of Additional Premises

Additional Premises means that area adjacent to the Original Leased Premises shown cross-hatched on the plan attached as Schedule “A” hereto, consisting of the Additional Premises Area;
Additional Premises means Building L which consists of 199,526 square feet of which 158,516 square feet shall be included in this Sublease. Except as provided in Section 3 hereof, Building L shall be under this Sublease through 31 December 1997 on which date this Sublease shall terminate as to Building L and UDLP shall vacate Building L on or before 31 December 1997 unless UDLP has established a regional, national and international equipment logistics and maintenance hub in Building L. UDLP shall give the LRA at least 180 days' prior written notice of its intention to extend this Sublease as to Building L.
Additional Premises. Those certain premises outlined on the floor plan attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A-1 on the 2nd floor of the Building and known as Suite 290, containing approximately 16,630 rentable square feet.
Additional Premises means the applicable portion of the Additional Premises, or 3rd Floor Must Take Space.
Additional Premises means that certain portion of the sixteenth (16th) floor of the Building as 21 indicated by cross-hatch markings on the floor plan annexed hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof.
Additional Premises means the additional space containing eight thousand (8,000) square feet which shall be constructed by Landlord in accordance with the Approved Drawings and Specifications (as hereinafter defined) and Landlord's Work Requirements (as hereinafter defined) and shall form a part of the Existing Premises.
Additional Premises is used in this Second Amendment, the same shall be defined solely as Suite 125 at the Building, and where the defined termOriginal Premises” is used herein the same shall be defined solely as the entire third floor of the Building together with Suite 100 of the Building.
