Additional Product definition

Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
Additional Product means a product, service or application provided by Google or a third party that: (a) is not part of the Processor Services; and (b) is accessible for use within the user interface of the Processor Services or is otherwise integrated with the Processor Services.
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Institution under this Enrollment.

Examples of Additional Product in a sentence

  • Test 3.3(h) — 4: Additional Product Provider and Form Observe the provider name, form number and revision date on each Ancillary Document, if any, and confirm they are on the List of Approved Products.

More Definitions of Additional Product

Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms, excluding any Server and Tools Product, and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
Additional Product means, with respect to each Contract, each product and service sold in connection with the sale or lease of a Vehicle, including theft deterrent products, audio or video products, GPS systems, electronic equipment, surface protection sealant products, extended warranties (otherwise known as, mechanical repair, service or repair contracts), GAP, property insurance, credit insurance, debt protection or any other insurance products.
Additional Product means a pharmaceutical product or formulation comprising, in whole or in part, an Additional Compound. For clarity, in no event will an Additional Product be deemed to be a Drug Product.
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product List and chosen for Enrolled Affiliate under the applicable Enrollment and identified on your Order.
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Institution under this Enrollment. “Customer,” as used in certain supplemental forms (for example, the signature form), has the same meaning as “Institution.”
Additional Product means a PONV Product and any Product other ------------------ than a POI Product, an OBD Acute Product, an OBD Chronic Product, a Constipation Product or an IBS Product included by the Parties pursuant to Section 4.3.
Additional Product means a pharmaceutical product (in any specific dosage form or mode of administration) that contains the Compound or a Related Compound as an active pharmaceutical agent and is added to the scope of this Agreement by agreement of the Parties as provided in Section 3.3 for development for a particular Indication(s) (which product may also include, if agreed, one or more other active pharmaceutical agents). For clarity, the Initial Formulation as indicated for any Indication other than the Indications that, as of the Amendment Effective Date, are the subject of the Initial Product NDA (as the label resulting from such Initial Product NDA may be expanded or amended based upon any clinical data resulting from the BLOOM-DM Trial or any clinical data specific to the Initial Product existing as of the Amendment Effective Date), shall constitute an Additional Product, if the Parties agree under Section 3.3 to develop such Initial Formulation for such additional Indication(s).
