Additional Receivables definition

Additional Receivables. As defined in Section 2(a).
Additional Receivables. Any retail instalment sale contract or direct purchase money loan for a Financed Vehicle that is included in the Schedule of Additional Receivables attached to a First Step Additional Receivables Assignment and all rights and obligations thereunder.

More Definitions of Additional Receivables

Additional Receivables means those Receivables, including any Replacement Receivables, designated by the Transferor after the Original Closing Date as Additional Receivables to be sold under this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.1(c), in each case identified on the related Daily Receivables File and the related updated Receivables Schedule.
Additional Receivables means those Receivables described on Schedule 2 that Buyer has agreed to purchase notwithstanding that such Receivables are not Eligible Receivables.
Additional Receivables means, with respect to any Seller, all Receivables of such Seller arising after the close of such Seller's business on the Initial Cut-Off Date (in the case of each of the Original Sellers) or the applicable New Seller Cut-Off Date (in the case of any New Seller) through and including such Seller's Sale Termination Date.
Additional Receivables has the meaning specified in subsection 2.06(a).
Additional Receivables means all Receivables sold by the Seller to the Trust after the Closing Date and during the Funding Period, if any, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related assignment, delivered pursuant to the Agreement.
Additional Receivables. Any Receivable arising under any Designated Servicing Agreement that is not an Initial Receivable, except that any Receivables arising on or after a Stop Date pursuant to Section 2(e) of the Receivables Sale Agreement or Section 2(c) the Receivables Pooling Agreement shall not constitute Additional Receivables.
