Additional Reserve Amount definition

Additional Reserve Amount means an amount in EUR specified as such in the relevant Additional Reserve Amount Notice which amount must be equal to or greater than the Minimum Reserve Amount and an integral multiple of EUR 100,000.

Additional Reserve Amount means an amount in GBP specified as such in the relevant Additional Reserve Amount Notice which amount must be equal to or greater than the Minimum Reserve Amount and an integral multiple of GBP 500,000.

Additional Reserve Amount means, as of any date of determination, the amount for the corresponding period as set forth in the table below:

• After the Additional Reserve Amount has been transferred to the Non-Objecting Creditors’ Reserve, 100% of all released distributable value from any Segregated Reserve will be distributed to Class 13a Equity Holders as soon as reasonably practicable after entry of the applicable Bankruptcy Court order authorizing the release.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Additional Reserve Amount Withdrawals may be made on more than one occasion during the Additional Reserve Amount Withdrawal Period.

• Failure properly to complete and deliver an Additional Reserve Amount Notice or to provide any evidence of ownership of the Notes required by the Swap Calculation Agent may result in such notice being treated as null and void.

More Definitions of Additional Reserve Amount

Additional Reserve Amount means fifty seven million Dollars (US$ 57,000,000).

Additional Reserve Amount means an amount in SGD specified as such in the relevant Additional Reserve Amount Notice which amount must be equal to or greater than the Minimum Reserve Amount and an integral multiple of SGD200,000.

Additional Reserve Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13(c).

Additional Reserve Amount means, at any time (i) if the Step-Up Date has not occurred, $2,500,000 or (ii) at any time on or after the Step-Up Date, $20,000,000; provided that in the event the Borrower makes an optional prepayment of at least $50,000,000 in principal amount of the Loans in accordance with Section 2.6 on or prior to March 31, 2020, then (i) the Additional Reserve Amount shall not exceed $10,000,000 and (ii) so long as no Default or Event of Default has occurred or is continuing or would result therefrom, any amounts on deposit in the Blocked Liquidity Account in excess of the Additional Reserve Amount shall be released to Borrower upon such prepayment and, in addition, may be used to make such prepayment and if requested by the Borrower shall be released to the Borrower at the time of such prepayment in order to effectuate such prepayment and, in any event, the Agent agrees to provide any notice reasonably required by the financial institution at which the Blocked Liquidity Account is held to effectuate any such release.

Additional Reserve Amount means an amount in USD specified as such in the relevant Additional Reserve Amount Notice which amount must be equal to or greater than the Minimum Reserve Amount and an integral multiple of USD 1,000,000.

Additional Reserve Amount means the amount, if any, paid by the Subordinated Loan Provider into the Additional Reserve Fund on the relevant Payment Date;
