Additional Secured Debt definition
Additional Secured Debt has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8.
Additional Secured Debt. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any debt owed by the related Mortgagor to a party other than the lender under such Mortgage Loan that is secured by the related Mortgaged Property as of the Closing Date as set forth on Schedule 1, as increased or decreased from time to time pursuant to the terms of the related subordinate or pari passu loan documents (including any Intercreditor Agreement or subordination agreement).
Additional Secured Debt has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Examples of Additional Secured Debt in a sentence
The Additional Secured Debt of an existing Class shall rank pari passu in all respects with the initial Secured Debt of that Class.
More Definitions of Additional Secured Debt
Additional Secured Debt means Additional First Priority Secured Debt and Additional Second Priority Secured Debt.
