Additional Secured Parties definition

Additional Secured Parties means any Additional Agents and any Additional Creditors.

Additional Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional First Lien Obligations.

More Definitions of Additional Secured Parties

Additional Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional Obligations and any Additional Authorized Representative and shall include the Initial Additional Secured Parties and the Initial Additional Authorized Representative.

Additional Secured Parties means, with respect to the Working Capital Facility Indebtedness and the Pari Passu Indebtedness, the holders of such Indebtedness, any trustee or agent therefor under any related promissory notes, indentures, collateral documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, in each case, as amended, restated, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time, but shall not include the Obligors.

Additional Secured Parties means the holders from time to time of Additional Secured Obligations.

Additional Secured Parties means, at any time, subject to Section 2(b), the holders of any Additional Secured Obligations at such time, including each applicable Additional Authorized Representative.

Additional Secured Parties as defined in the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement.

Additional Secured Parties means any Additional ABL Secured Parties and any Additional Term Secured Parties.
