Additional Security Documents definition

Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).

Additional Security Documents means all mortgages, pledge agreements, security agreements, reaffirmations and other security documents entered into pursuant to Section 7.11 with respect to additional Collateral, in each case, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Additional Security Documents has the meaning provided in Section 6.10(a).

Examples of Additional Security Documents in a sentence

• The Additional Security Documents or instruments related thereto shall have been duly recorded or filed in such manner and in such places as are required by law to establish, perfect, preserve and protect the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent required to be granted pursuant to the Additional Security Documents and all taxes, fees and other charges payable in connection therewith shall have been paid in full.

• Additional Security Documents may be entered into in respect of particular Series if required by the Trustee.

• The Additional Security Documents or instruments related thereto shall be duly recorded or filed in such manner and in such places as are required by law to establish, perfect, preserve and protect (subject to exceptions as are reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent) the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent required to be granted pursuant to the Additional Security Documents.

More Definitions of Additional Security Documents

Additional Security Documents means all mortgages, pledge agreements, security agreements and other security documents entered into from time to time pursuant to Sections 8.11, 8.12, 8.15, 9.11 and/or 13.19, as each such document may be modified, supplemented or amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Additional Security Documents means the documents granting to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties security interests, if any, and Mortgages in such assets and Real Property of Holdings and such other Loan Party as are not covered by the original Security Documents.

Additional Security Documents means any collateral agreement, security agreement or any other document now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure the Additional Obligations.

Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12.

Additional Security Documents means the pledge agreements entered into pursuant to Section 7.12 with respect to additional Collateral.

Additional Security Documents means this Second Supplemental Agreement, the Collateral Guarantees, the Second Mortgages, the Second Assignments, the Co- Assureds Assignments and any other agreement or document which may at any time be executed by any person as additional security for the payment of all or any part of the Indebtedness.

Additional Security Documents means security documents executed by a Credit Party pursuant to Section 2.21(a), Section 5.10 or Section 5.13.
