Additional Seller Supplement definition

Additional Seller Supplement shall have the meaning specified in the Receivables Sale Agreement.

Additional Seller Supplement means an instrument substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto pursuant to which a Subsidiary of United Stationers Inc. becomes a Seller party hereto.
