Each Shareholder and Additional Shareholder agrees that any such Transfer or acquisition may and should be enjoined.
The purported transferee shall have no interest in any of the Shares purported to be transferred, shall not be deemed an Additional Shareholder of the Company, and shall not be entitled to receive a new stock certificate for Shares or any dividends or other distributions on or with respect to the Shares.
