Additional Stockholders definition

Additional Stockholders shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Additional Stockholders means the stockholders of the Company who are added as parties to this Agreement pursuant to Section 15.10(a) hereof and thereafter listed on Schedule D hereto.

More Definitions of Additional Stockholders

Additional Stockholders means the Other Investors and any Permitted ----------------------- Transferee (as defined in the Stockholders Agreement) of any of them to which Registrable Securities are transferred in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Stockholders Agreement.
