Additional Territory definition

Additional Territory means all countries and territories in the world except the Territory and the USA;
Additional Territory means any territory added to the Licenses pursuant to (and as identified in) an Additional License Addendum as described in Section 2.4(e).
Additional Territory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a).

Examples of Additional Territory in a sentence

  • XDx and Diaxonhit shall meet and conduct negotiations in good faith with a view to agreeing to amend this Agreement to include such an Additional Territory as part of the Territory.

  • The parties thereafter shall meet and discuss the appropriateness and strategy of filing patent applications in any country of the Territory, the Additional Territory and the Nycomed Territory.

  • Mallinckrodt shall have the exclusive right and license to manufacture OPTISON in the Territory, the Additional Territory and the Nycomed Territory.

  • Where the option is exercised on behalf of a Knight Affiliate, the parties shall enter into a separate and identified agreement concerning the particular Licensed Product and Additional Territory.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the phases noted in SECTIONS 2.03(c)(1)-(3) are only mutually exclusive within a particular country, as plant validation must be performed and market authorization must be secured on a country-by-country basis in the Territory, the Additional Territory and the Nycomed Territory.


More Definitions of Additional Territory

Additional Territory means all of the countries of the world except the countries included in the Territory , the Nycomed Territory and the countries represented by the Shionogi Territory.
Additional Territory has the meaning set forth in Section 11.
Additional Territory means: (a) Canada, Mexico and Brazil but excluding any such country as to which this Agreement has been terminated by a Party pursuant to a provision of this Agreement (the “Priority Additional Territory”) and (b) Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Haiti, but excluding any such country as to which this Agreement has been terminated by a Party pursuant to a provision of this Agreement (the “Other Additional Territory”).
Additional Territory means the countries or regions that may be added from time to time by the parties in an Additional Territory Term Sheet, in the form set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein
Additional Territory means any of the following: (a) all countries in N▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, including the Caribbean but excluding the Initial Territory, (b) all countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa, or (c) all counties of the world other than those in the Initial Territory and those listed in (a) or (b) above. Takeda may obtain a license to Develop and Commercialize a Product for an Additional Territory as described in Section 3.3.
