Additional Transaction Documents definition

Additional Transaction Documents means the Note, the Note Indenture (including the guarantees by the Note Guarantors), the Contingent Payment Undertaking, the Pledge Agreements and the Swap Agreements.
Additional Transaction Documents means the Senior Unsecured Note Documents, the Convertible Senior Note Documents and the 2007 Senior Unsecured Convertible Note Documents.

More Definitions of Additional Transaction Documents

Additional Transaction Documents means the Series A and Series B Warrants described in Section 2.1 and the Registration Rights Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Additional Transaction Documents means any documents or agreements relating to the transactions contemplated hereby entered into by any Transaction Document Party with the Note Holders or for the expressed benefit of the Note Holders as a third party beneficiary after the Closing Date.
