Additional Transaction Documents definition

Additional Transaction Documents means the Collateral Administration Agreement, the Sale and Contribution Agreement, the Transfer Supplements, the Cooperation Agreements and the Limited Liability Company Agreement.
Additional Transaction Documents means, with respect to any Additional Project, collectively, the Additional Project Documents with respect to such Additional Project, and any Additional Project Debt Documents relating to any Additional Project Debt for such Additional Project.
Additional Transaction Documents means the Note, the Note Indenture (including the guarantees by the Note Guarantors), the Contingent Payment Undertaking, the Pledge Agreements and the Swap Agreements.

Additional Transaction Documents means the Senior Unsecured Note Documents, the Convertible Senior Note Documents and the 2007 Senior Unsecured Convertible Note Documents.
Additional Transaction Documents means the Series A and Series B Warrants described in Section 2.1 and the Registration Rights Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
