Additional Users means those users nominated by you to use ANZ FastPay on your behalf.
Additional Users means the individual(s) aged 18 or over referred to and identified as such in the Contract Details, including any person who subsequently becomes an Additional User.

Accordingly, any public body, public or private health or educational institution, or any University-related foundation (Additional Users) may access this Agreement if authorized by Selected Firm.
Although the Additional Users have access to any resulting contract, Additional Users are not bound to use the contract and any use of the contract is strictly optional.
Although the University desires to provide access on such contract to Additional Users, the Contractor is not required to provide such access.
If the Additional Users choose to access the contract and the Contractor agrees to such access, the terms and conditions of the contract will be in full force and effect as between the Additional Users and the Contractor.
To that end and if agreeable with the Contractor, upon written request from Additional Users the Contractor may allow access to the contract.
More Definitions of Additional Users
Additional Users means individuals who are authorized by the Company to use the Software after the Company has paid the User Subscription Fee but prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement. Collectively, all of the "Initial Users" and "Additional Users" comprise, and shall be referred to, as the "User”.
Additional Users. “Additional Users” means any Customer Affiliate and the Customer Affiliates set forth in the Agreement. Customer Affiliate means any existing or future entity in which Customer directly or beneficially owns more than 20%of that entity’s outstanding ownership or which such entity owns more than 20%of Customer s outstanding ownership interest. Additional Users may use the Services provided to Customer and such usage will contribute to the AVC. Customer will be financially responsible to Company for all Additional Users charges and other obligations. Initial Term: 36 months Upon expiration of the Term, the Agreement will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless either party terminates the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Initial Term (“Extended Term”). During the Extended Term, either party may terminate the Agreement upon at least sixty (60) days prior written notice. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $1,500,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term.
