Additional Vessels definition

Additional Vessels means vessels not in the ownership of CLP on the date of this Agreement that CLP may subsequently purchase to be managed by CSM under the Fee structure described herein at the election of CLP. For the purposes of this Agreement, any such Additional Vessels to be managed by CSM under the terms of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels.

Additional Vessels means any other vessel of any size and type the management of which, after its delivery as a charter-in or acquisition by NM, may be entrusted from time to time to NSM. Any such Additional Vessel for the purpose of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels;

Additional Vessels means the Optional Vessels and any other vessel of similar size and type the management of which, after its acquisition by Navios Maritime Midstream, may be entrusted from time to time to NTM. Any such Additional Vessel for the purpose of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels;

Examples of Additional Vessels in a sentence

• Either party may terminate this agreement or an order, upon a material breach by the other party, which is not cured after ninety (90) days written notice of the breach.

• Mortgagor will cause this Supplement to be duly filed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 313 and will otherwise cause compliance with and satisfaction of all of the provisions of Chapter 313 in order to establish and maintain the Mortgage as supplemented by this Supplement as a second preferred mortgage lien thereunder upon the Vessels, including the Additional Vessels.

• The Company and the Manager each acknowledge that the Initial Technical Services Fee for the IPO Vessels represents the fair market value of providing the Technical Services for each IPO Vessel on August 8, 2005 and that the Initial Technical Services Fee for the Additional Vessels represents the fair market value of providing the Technical Services Fee for each Additional Vessel as of the date such Additional Vessel was acquired by the Company.

More Definitions of Additional Vessels

Additional Vessels means any vessel NMLP shall acquire after the execution date of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, such Additional Vessels, after their acquisition by NMLP, shall also be referred to herein as Vessels.”

Additional Vessels means any delivered vessels of a type, value and age acceptable to the Majority Lenders to be purchased by a member of the relevant Group (which will become an Additional A Borrower or an Additional B Borrower, as the case may be) in respect of which an Upsize Amount is requested by the Borrowers, each of which shall be designated a Tranche A Vessel or a Tranche B Vessel with effect from the relevant Upsize Trigger Date.

Additional Vessels means such of “NAVIOS FULVIA”, “NAVIOS VECTOR” and “NAVIOS MELODIA” as is at any relevant time subject to an Additional Mortgage;

Additional Vessels means tankers not in the ownership of CLP on the date of this agreement and tankers not forming part of the newbuildings fleet as set out in Schedule “C” to this Agreement, that CLP may subsequently purchase. Such Additional Vessels, after their acquisition by CLP, for the purposes of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels.

Additional Vessels means, together, Vessel A, Vessel B and Vessel C and in the plural means all of them;

Additional Vessels means Fantastiks, Navios Prosperity, Navios Aldebaran and Navios TBN (Hull No. ). Such Additional Vessels, after their acquisition by NMLP, for the purposes of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels;

Additional Vessels means vessels not in the ownership of DSS on the date of this Agreement that DSS (or any of its Affiliates or subsidiaries) may subsequently purchase (as assets or by novation of any shipbuilding contract or by acquisition of shares in a vessel owning entity or holding of same) and which are to be managed by CSM pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, any such Additional Vessels to be managed by CSM under the terms of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels.
