Adjudication Panel definition

Adjudication Panel means a panel of Members appointed by the Board pursuant to bylaw6.4 to adjudicate the allegations against a Member as set out in the citation issued pursuant to bylaw 6.23;
Adjudication Panel means an adjudication panel constituted under the Adjudication and Appeals Rules (reproduced in Annex P);

  • In addition to providing a final and binding decision on the matter, the Adjudication Panel also has the right to request more information on the employee’s skills and experience (including requesting that additional tests be administered) or to refer the matter back to the Local Joint Employment Committee for further consideration.
