Adjunctive services means services which are prepara- tory or complementary to the practice of chiropractic. “Adjunc- tive services” include the taking and preparation of a preliminary patient history and providing physiotherapy treatment. “Adjunc- tive services” does not include making a chiropractic diagnosis, analyzing a diagnostic test, or performing a chiropractic adjust- ment.
