Adjusted Exchange Ratio definition

Adjusted Exchange Ratio means 0.3952, or more if and to the extent elected by Parent pursuant to Section 7.1(f).
Adjusted Exchange Ratio means the product obtained when (i) the Exchange Ratio, is multiplied by (ii) the Adjustment Factor;
Adjusted Exchange Ratio means the product of (i) the BEPC Distribution Ratio multiplied (ii) by the Exchange Ratio.
