The Master Servicer shall calculate the Adjusted Issue Price for purposes of calculating the Termination Price.
The purchase price to be paid by the Partnership in connection with the exercise of the Series C Call Right shall be the Series C Adjusted Issue Price, plus any Series C Unpaid Cash Distributions per Series C Preferred Unit acquired pursuant to the Series C Call Right (subject to appropriate adjustment for any equity distribution, subdivision or combination of Partnership Interests).
