Adjusted Issue Price definition

Adjusted Issue Price means the adjusted issue price, as determined pursuant to Treasury Regulations Section 1.1275-4(b)(7)(ii), of a 2046 Exchangeable Debenture, taking into account any adjustments pursuant to the Closing Agreement.
Adjusted Issue Price means the adjusted issue price of the Series A Notes at the time of determination as calculated under Sections 1272 and 1273 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

Adjusted Issue Price means (subject to Article 2.2.12) the price at which OrdinaryShares are offered in connection with Admission; "Adjustment Event" has the meaning set out in Article 2.2.12;
