Adjusted Option definition

Adjusted Option is defined in Section 5.11(a).
Adjusted Option means an Option which is granted under Section 10 in substitution for an outstanding option previously granted by the Former Parent.
Adjusted Option is defined in Section 2.8(b) of the Agreement.
