Examples of Adjusted Restricted Stock Unit Award in a sentence

  • If the Merger is completed, the Award will be converted into an Adjusted Restricted Stock Unit Award in accordance with the terms of Section 1.8(c) of the Merger Agreement and such Adjusted Restricted Stock Unit Award will constitute a Replacement Award for purposes of the Plan and this Agreement.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).
