Adjustment Percentage definition

Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Loan, the quotient (expressed as a decimal) of the Loan Value for such Loan divided by the Cut-Off Date Unpaid Principal Balance of such Loan.
Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Asset, the quotient (expressed as a decimal) of the Private Owner Interest Asset Value for such Asset divided by the Cut-Off Date Unpaid Principal Balance of such Asset.
Adjustment Percentage means, for that percentage which, when multiplied by the Distributable Cash Flow, would yield an IRR of seven percent (7%) rather than the Actual IRR.

Adjustment Percentage means, with respect to any Member, the percentage calculated by dividing (i) the aggregate of (x) all Distributed Cash generated during the Adjustment Period by the Projects that were contributed or sold to the Operating Company by such Member and its Affiliates plus (y) 50% of the Distributed Cash generated during the Adjustment Period by the Projects acquired by the Operating Company from any Person other than a Member or its Affiliates by (ii) the Aggregate Distributed Cash generated during the Adjustment Period.
