Administrative Agent-Related Persons definition

Administrative Agent-Related Persons means Administrative Agent, its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates.

• This Agreement is made and entered into for the sole protection and legal benefit of the Company, the Guarantors, the Lenders, the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent-Related Persons and the Indemnified Persons, and their permitted successors and assigns, and no other Person shall be a direct or indirect legal beneficiary of, or have any direct or indirect cause of action or claim in connection with, this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
