Administrative Agent’s Account definition

Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

Administrative Agent’s Account means the account of the Administrative Agent maintained by the Administrative Agent at Citibank, N.A., 0 Xxxxx Xxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, ABA No.: 021-00-0089, Account No.: 00000000, Account Name: Medium Term Finance, Reference: Xxxx Xxxxx, Attention: Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, or such other account as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Account means an account designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

• All such payments shall be made to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Account, except as otherwise expressly provided in the relevant Loan Document and except payments to be made directly to an Issuing Bank or a Swingline Lender as expressly provided herein and payments pursuant to Sections 2.14, 2.15, 2.16 and 9.03, which shall be made directly to the Persons entitled thereto.

• The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders interest on Prime Loans at the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus the Applicable Margin.
