Administrative Claims Bar Dates means either (a) April 27, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. (ET) for all Administrative Claims arising, accruing or otherwise due and payable any time during the period from the Petition Date through and including March 30, 2020, or (b) twenty-one (21) days from service of the notice of Effective Date for all Administrative Claims arising, accruing or otherwise due and payable any time during the period from April 1, 2020 through the Effective Date.
