Administrative Cost Rate definition
Administrative Cost Rate. As of any date of determination, a rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Operating Advisor Fee Rate, the Asset Representations Reviewer Ongoing Fee Rate, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate and the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate.
Administrative Cost Rate. As of any date of determination and with respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Certificate Administrator Fee Rate, the Senior Trust Advisor Fee Rate and the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate, in each case computed on the basis of the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loan and in the same manner as interest is calculated on such Mortgage Loan.
Administrative Cost Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Master Servicing Fee Rate, the Trust Advisor Fee Rate, the Certificate Administrator Fee Rate, the CREFC® License Fee Rate and, in the case of any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, the related Pari Passu Loan Primary Servicing Fee Rate.
