Examples of Administrative Expenses in a sentence
On the Closing Date, the Issuer will reimburse the Collateral Manager for all such costs and expenses incurred by the Collateral Manager on or prior to the Closing Date and, to the extent not paid in full on the Closing Date will be payable as Administrative Expenses on each Payment Date to the extent funds are available for such purpose in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
Such fees shall constitute Administrative Expenses and shall be payable solely from available funds in accordance with the Priority of Payments (or in such other manner in which Administrative Expenses are payable under the Indenture).
The foregoing costs and expenses that are not paid in full on the Closing Date will be payable as Administrative Expenses on each Payment Date to the extent funds are available for such purpose in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
