Administrative Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(d).

Administrative Fees means the administrative and other costs, including but not limited to costs for Project preparation, Project supervision and preparation of reports and unaudited or audited financial reports, incurred by the Partner Entities in connection with the management of the Projects.
