Partial prepayments of Foreign Currency Loans shall be in a minimum amount as set forth for the relevant Foreign Currency on the Administrative Schedule.
Each borrowing of Foreign Currency Loans in a particular Foreign Currency shall be in a minimum amount as set forth on the Administrative Schedule.
All payments (including prepayments) to be made by any Borrower hereunder on account of principal or interest on the Foreign Currency Loans shall be made in the relevant Foreign Currency, without setoff and counterclaim and shall be made on the due date thereof to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the applicable Revolving Lenders, at the office, and prior to the time for payment for the relevant currency, set forth on the Administrative Schedule.
